Connect tilted-implant surgery, severe-atrophy management and prosthetic rehabilitation in one advanced program.
With Prof. Enrico Agliardi

Course information
The course presents All-on-4® and V-II-V maxillary and mandibular protocols before progressing to pterygoid, transcrestal, transinusal and zygomatic implant placement.
Recorded clinical-review sessions connect anatomical preparation, surgical execution and prosthetic rehabilitation.
Who this course is for
The program is intended for advanced implant teams evaluating tilted, pterygoid and zygomatic strategies within a prosthetically driven plan.
For implant clinicians already familiar with full-arch treatment who want to evaluate advanced anatomical strategies.
For surgeons comparing tilted, pterygoid, transinusal and zygomatic protocols.
For teams coordinating implant trajectory, immediate rehabilitation and the definitive prosthetic result.
The clinical framework
The program organizes full-arch treatment around anatomy, implant trajectory and the planned prosthetic result.
Maxillary and mandibular protocols progress from conventional tilted placement to transcrestal, transinusal, pterygoid and zygomatic strategies for severe atrophy.
Protocol selection begins with residual bone, risk factors and prosthetic planning—not with a single preferred surgical technique.
What you’ll learn
Review All-on-4® and V-II-V planning, tilted placement and pterygoid implant protocols.
Study mandibular surgical and osteotomy-preparation protocols.
Follow transcrestal, transinusal and zygomatic approaches for challenging anatomy.
Revisit recorded case discussions that connect protocol selection with surgical execution.
Complete the workflow with prosthetic considerations for full-arch treatment.
Technique focus
The curriculum progresses from tilted and pterygoid placement into zygomatic protocols and prosthetic rehabilitation for severely atrophic patients.
