About these terms

These terms cover use of our website and digital learning services. Read them together with the course description, checkout information, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy before placing an order. If you do not agree to the purchase terms, do not complete the purchase.

Courses and purchases

Review the course description, included materials and checkout total before purchasing. The checkout shows the available payment methods and any applicable taxes. Course purchases provide access to the digital learning materials described on the course page.

Keep your account credentials private and provide an email address you can access. Contact support if your purchased course does not appear in your membership area.

Course access and technical requirements

After successful purchase, your course is available through your membership area. Access duration and included resources are described on the course page. You need a compatible device and an internet connection for online playback.

Videos and course materials may be downloaded where downloading is offered. Temporary maintenance, network problems or third-party service interruptions may affect availability. Contact support if you experience an access problem.

Personal learning use

Course videos and materials are for your personal learning. Downloadable resources may be saved where this feature is offered. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly upload or share course access or materials without the relevant permission.

Responsible use and intellectual property

Respect the intellectual property of DentalEDX, instructors and other rights holders. Buying a course does not transfer ownership of its content to you.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, distribute malicious software or misuse another person’s account. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or a security risk, subject to applicable law and your statutory rights.

Professional responsibility

Course content is educational, not patient-specific advice. Learners remain responsible for working within their competence, professional registration and local requirements. A completion certificate is not a professional license or a promise of accreditation.

Refunds and course replacements

You can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase or a course replacement within 7 days of purchase. Email support@dentaledx.com with your course title, purchase email and order reference.

These are request windows, not guaranteed processing times. See the Refund Policy for how to make a request. These arrangements do not reduce any mandatory consumer rights.

Third-party services

Checkout, membership access and embedded video may be delivered through third-party services. Their terms and privacy notices may also apply to your use of those services. This does not remove our responsibilities for your purchase under applicable law.

Service information and liability

We aim to describe courses accurately. If you notice an error or receive access that does not match your purchase, contact support so we can investigate.

We do not promise a particular clinical, examination, professional or financial outcome from taking a course. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contacting us

Changes to these terms will be shown on this page with an updated date. Changes do not remove rights already acquired under an existing purchase or mandatory law.
